Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before requesting or authorizing exterior cleaning services with Blastin& Lastin. By placing an order or approving a quote, you agree to these legally binding terms.
1. Digital Binding Authorization (US E-SIGN & UETA Compliance)
Under the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), submitting quote requests, checking acceptance boxes, and executing digital signatures through this online portal constitute legally binding execution. Your consent, along with captured IP addresses, timestamps, device telemetry, and customer authentication logs, serves as conclusive evidence of contract formation.
2. Property Access, Water & Electricity Supply
The customer must provide safe, unobstructed access to the work perimeter on the scheduled service date. All pets must be secured indoors, window screens unlocked if required, and outdoor gates made accessible. The customer is responsible for providing working exterior water spigots with continuous municipal water pressure and operational 120V electrical outlets. If water supply is unavailable or restricted by local municipal drought mandates, additional water tanker equipment fees may apply or service rescheduled.
3. Pre-Existing Surface Conditions & Damage Disclaimer
Pressure washing and soft washing clean organic growth, mildew, algae, and surface grime. However, cleaning does not repair underlying structural weathering, sun oxidation, failing paint, sun-bleached vinyl, degraded window seals, or chalking. The company is not liable for pre-existing paint flaking, water intrusion through unsealed or cracked window casings, unsealed wood rot, or oxidation patterns revealed once dirt layers are removed.
4. Weather Delays & Environmental Regulations (EPA)
All exterior cleaning applications utilize eco-friendly, biodegradable solutions in compliance with the US Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1251) and EPA stormwater runoff guidelines. Services are weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain, high winds (>20 mph), freezing temperatures, or lightning, scheduled appointments may be rescheduled by admin dispatch for technician safety and optimal result execution without financial penalty to either party.
5. Payment Authorization, Holds & Site Visit Fees
Quote Approval Holds: Authorizing a payment on a quote places a 7-day pre-authorization hold on your card via Stripe under US Banking & Payment Card Network (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) regulations. Your card is NOT charged until administration accepts and confirms your job schedule. If not accepted within 7 days, the hold automatically releases back to your cardholder balance.
$50 Site Visit Fee: In-person site inspection fees ($50.00) cover technician travel and dispatch time and are non-refundable once an inspector is dispatched. This fee is charged separately from your cleaning service and is not credited toward your final cleaning bill, regardless of whether you approve the resulting quote.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or appointment rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed service window. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to grant property access upon technician arrival may be subject to a $50 trip and dispatch fee.
7. Commercial General Liability Insurance & Claim Window
The company maintains active Commercial General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage as mandated by US federal and state laws. Any claims regarding property damage must be submitted in writing with photos within 48 hours of service completion, before any third-party repair work is undertaken.
